- Step 4: Once your parcel arrives at your doorstep, simply hand over the exact cash amount to our delivery partner and receive your package.
3. Payment Currency
All transactions, product prices, and shipping fees on our website are calculated and displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
4. Total Cost and Hidden Charges
We strictly follow a 100% transparency policy. The total amount displayed on the final checkout page is the exact and final amount you are required to pay to the delivery executive. This final amount includes the product price and applicable taxes. There are absolutely no hidden charges, processing fees, or extra commission required to use our COD service.
5. Order Verification Process
To prevent fraudulent activities and ensure smooth deliveries, our verification team may contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before dispatching the parcel from our warehouse. Unverified orders or orders with incomplete addresses may be subject to cancellation.
