1. Return Window


We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.


2. Eligibility for Returns


To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:


We accept returns for both:



  • Defective products

  • Non-defective products



  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same New condition that you received it.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.


3. Eligibility for Exchange


We gladly accept product exchanges.


Exchanges are subject to:



  • Product availability

  • Successful inspection of the returned item


If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.


4. Non-Returnable Items


Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if:



  • The product is used, damaged, or not in new condition

  • Original packaging or tags are missing

  • The return request is made after 30 days from delivery


5. Damaged Or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

6. How to Initiate a Return


To start a return, please follow these steps:

Customers can return eligible items through mail.



  • Email us at support@trendcartly.com with your Order ID and reason for return. Please attach clear photos if the product is damaged or defective.

  • Our support team will review your request within 24-48 business hours.

  • Once approved, A return label will be provided And Customers can download and print the return shipping label free of charge we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address. In cases where reverse pickup is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned or exchanged products.


9. Refund Process & Timelines


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.



  • Prepaid Orders: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will request your bank account or UPI details via email. The refund will be transferred within 5 business days after receiving your details.


10. Missing or Delayed Refunds


If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeline:



  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
